Stalin urges TVK government to file appeal in Supreme Court over reservation for converted Muslims
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has asked the Tamil Nadu government to seek a Supreme Court review of a reservation policy that benefits Muslims who have converted from other faiths. He argued that social disadvantage develops over generations and that changing religion does not automatically remove such backwardness. Stalin urged the state to file an appeal to challenge the measure.
