Mumbai police have ordered actor Imran Khan to depart India by October 28. Authorities cited the Foreigners Act in issuing the order. The directive follows a complaint by former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya after Khan took part in an anti‑Chief Election Commissioner demonstration at August Kranti Maidan on October 10, where demonstrators called for the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
