The Kerala High Court denied a request for a temporary stay on toll collection at the Nattika Fee Plaza, a move that would have halted charges for vehicles using the nearby national highway. The court reaffirmed its earlier ruling in a public‑interest litigation filed by former MP T.N. Prathapan, which challenged the toll. As a result, tolls will continue to be collected.
