Seventeen‑year‑old Katha Ghar has established a free public library on the sidewalk outside her residence in Koramangala, Bangalore. The initiative provides neighborhood residents with access to donated books, encouraging reading among all age groups. The collection spans fiction, non‑fiction and children's books, and is maintained by Ghar and a few friends. They keep it open daily from morning until evening.
