NTPC eyes green hydrogen exports, targets Asian and European markets
India’s state‑run power generator NTPC announced plans to develop green hydrogen for export, focusing on markets in Asia and Europe. Chief managing director Gurdeep Singh said the fuel has commercial potential, but the company’s immediate goal is to shift projects from pilot stages to full‑scale operations.
