South Central Railway (SCoR) launched a ‘Rail Jan Samvad’ initiative to collect passenger feedback on its services. The program invites commuters to share experiences, suggestions and grievances through meetings and surveys, aiming to identify areas for improvement. Officials said the dialogue will help shape future operational and infrastructure and service quality enhancements across the railway’s network.
