Upper Bhadra Project: Trial run to Chitradurga branch canal begins
Authorities have commenced a trial operation of the Upper Bhadra Project, directing water from the Bhadra reservoir into the Chitradurga branch canal. The test involves releasing approximately three thousand million cubic feet (TMC) of water at the project’s intake point.
