Six dead, five hospitalised after consuming spurious liquor in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar
Six people died and five were taken to hospital after drinking counterfeit alcohol in the Banda tehsil of Madhya Pradesh's Sagar district, authorities said. The victims had consumed the illicit liquor in two villages about 30 kilometres from the district headquarters. Police are investigating the source of the spurious liquor and have launched a probe in the region.
