Security beefed up outside Parliament Street police station ahead of CJP leaders visit for fresh Jantar Mantar protest date
Police have heightened security around the Parliament Street police station as leaders of the Confederation of Joint Parties (CJP) prepare to visit and discuss a new protest date at Jantar Mantar. CJP co‑convener Ashutosh Ranka said the group will seek official permission from Delhi police to hold the demonstration, following the police‑ordered dispersal of earlier protests two days earlier.
