Karnataka CM Shivakumar, Congress legislators to join Delhi protest against SIR on Oct. 12
Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Shivakumar announced that members of the Congress party will take part in a demonstration in Delhi on October 12 against the Supreme Court's decision on the SIR case. When questioned about alignment with the Chief Justice of India's protest, Shivakumar said the party is pursuing its own strategy, noting that some allies in the INDIA bloc have joined a rally.
