Effective policing must as cybercriminals target vulnerable groups, says Keralam Minister
At the closing of the C0c0n‑2026 cybersecurity summit in Kochi, Kerala’s minister highlighted that law‑enforcement must adapt as cybercriminals increasingly exploit vulnerable populations. He urged stronger policing measures, better coordination among agencies, and heightened public awareness to safeguard groups such as seniors, students and low‑income users from online fraud and attacks, and to invest in capacity building and collaboration with technology firms.
