‘Will not go back till CEC resigns’: CJP calls for fresh protest at Jantar Mantar on October 11
After police detained protesters, activists and political leaders during demonstrations on October 10, Ajinkya Shinde, the national organisation in-charge of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CJP), said at a press conference that the party would not back down until the Central Election Commission resigns. He announced a new protest at Jantar Mantar on October 11.
