GTech to seek Centre’s intervention as U.S. Green Card curbs hit IT giants
Indian IT firm GTech has asked the government to intervene after recent U.S. restrictions on green‑card processing, which it says are harming major technology companies. The Ministry of External Affairs responded that the halt of PERM labor‑certification applications does not automatically invalidate current H‑1B visas or the overall status of visa holders and their families.
