Delhi protest: CJP’s Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, Ratna Singh detained
Delhi police detained four members of the Citizens' Justice Party—Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ratna Singh—prior to a planned protest. The party’s statement says the arrests were a pre‑emptive move to disrupt the leadership of the demonstration before it could gather. The detentions occurred as authorities prepared to manage the upcoming rally in the city.
