Bihar's chief minister has instructed district magistrates and senior police officers to reply within two hours to any sensitive issues arising on social media. The directive follows more than half a dozen recent online molestation and assault cases involving women and minors that have embarrassed the state government. Officials are to act swiftly to address such complaints.
