Delhi Police register 25 FIRs over SIR protests since October 2
Since October 2, Delhi police have filed 25 first‑information reports linked to the ongoing Satyagraha for Rights (SIR) protests. The complaints allege acts such as vandalism, attacks on police officers and breaches of court‑issued prohibitory orders. Among those cited are Congress figures Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who were named in the filings as part of the crackdown on the demonstrations.
