CMRL-Exalogic case: CPI(M) accuses UDF of aiding ‘BJP-controlled ED’, withholding facts to ‘mislead’ Kerala HC
Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader M.V. Jayarajan claimed the United Democratic Front helped the BJP‑led Enforcement Directorate conceal information, misleading the Kerala High Court in the CMRL‑Exalogic investigation. He alleged the state kept the court uninformed while the ED obtained fabricated statements from Cochin Metro Rail officials to falsely link Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his family to the case.
