‘Is Ambani the real boss of India’, asks Elon Musk, as Centre refutes bias in Starlink authorisation
Elon Musk questioned whether Akash Ambani is the true leader of India, prompting the government to deny any bias in granting Starlink approval. Ambani, chairman of Reliance Jio, did not respond to Musk’s inquiry. The central government maintains that the licensing process was impartial. The decision follows scrutiny over the company’s rapid expansion and the government’s role in regulating foreign satellite services.
