State to fully digitalise e-HRMS for further transparency in its operations
India’s state government is moving to fully digitalise its e‑Human Resources Management System to enhance transparency. Officials say 93 % of employee records have already been converted to electronic format. The initiative aims to streamline HR processes, reduce paperwork, and provide clearer oversight of public sector staffing. The remaining 7 % will be completed in the coming months.
