Special drive launched to enrol eligible voters left out during SIR in Puducherry
A special enrollment drive has begun in Puducherry to add eligible voters who were omitted from the electoral roll during or after the Summary Revision (SIR). The initiative targets individuals such as young adults and first‑time voters whose names may have been missed, aiming to ensure comprehensive voter registration ahead of upcoming elections and improve democratic participation.
