Local body polls: YSRCP urges SEC to call all-party meeting before notification
Y.S. Reddy Congress Party (YSRCP) has asked the State Election Commission to convene an all‑party meeting before announcing the schedule for upcoming local body elections. The party highlighted delays in issuing caste certificates to candidates, requested deployment of central security forces for polling, and urged that ward‑wise electoral rolls be prepared only after the Statewise Identification Register is finalized.
