Case filed against Thiruvananthapuram Mayor, BJP councillor Sugathan over forged signature
A police complaint has been lodged against the mayor of Thiruvananthapuram and BJP councilor Sugathan, alleging they colluded to falsify the councilor’s signature in the attendance register for three municipal meetings held on February 26, March 11 and April 27. The FIR accuses them of forging the signature to misrepresent participation. The investigation will examine whether the forged entries were intended to influence council decisions.
