GIDA authorised to develop Queen’s Walkway in Kochi, says High Court
India’s Kerala High Court division bench overturned a prior ruling that had barred commercial kiosks on Kochi’s Queen’s Walkway. The court approved the Greater Kochi Development Authority’s plan to develop the promenade, allowing kiosks on the deck area beside the walkway. It directed the authority to clearly mark the path and keep it free of obstructions.
