India’s Supreme Court has agreed to hear a petition alleging that rapid growth in aviation has left disabled passengers without adequate accessibility. The filing claims nationwide neglect in implementing accommodations at every stage, from ticket booking and online check‑in to airport entry, security screening, Digi Yatra, immigration, boarding, in‑flight services and post‑arrival assistance and related support services.
