Anti-ragging guidelines drawn up, State informs Kerala HC
The Kerala state has informed the High Court that it has issued anti‑ragging guidelines after a division bench of the Chief Justice directed it to do so. The guidelines, based on the draft Kerala Prohibition of Ragging (Amendment) Bill, set out preventive measures, reporting procedures and disciplinary actions for educational institutions. They will be applied while the bill remains pending.
