Indian shipyards must win foreign orders and deliver ships on time, says Rajnath Singh

He emphasized transforming Visakhapatnam into a comprehensive maritime hub centered on Hindustan Shipyard to boost domestic shipbuilding. Singh highlighted that securing foreign orders is vital, calling for coordinated infrastructure, skill development and investment, and urging integration of shipbuilding, repair and ancillary services with private partners.
