UK events firm that hosts arms fairs and comic shows sold to rival for £2bn
Informa, a FTSE 100 company, agreed to acquire Clarion Events from Blackstone for about £2 billion. Clarion, known for organizing a range of exhibitions including defence trade fairs and popular comic conventions, will become part of Informa’s portfolio of live‑experience businesses.
