Sathyanarayanan Mundayoor, a Padma Shri awardee in 2020, has spent many years teaching in Arunachal Pradesh’s remote schools and libraries. Known locally as “Uncle Moosa,” he combines his role as educator with a lifelong love of learning, encouraging students to explore books and develop curiosity. His work bridges classroom instruction and community literacy across the region.
