Public apprehension over unnecessary medical procedures should not delay treatment, say cardiologists in Keralam
Kerala cardiologists warned that patients should not postpone needed care because of concerns about unnecessary tests or procedures. Their remarks came after Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan suggested avoiding super‑use investigations and angioplasty. The doctors emphasized that while over‑use should be curbed, legitimate treatment must not be delayed, and ensure patients receive timely interventions.
