Kerala HC slams PSC for not co-operating with the investigation into the Planning Board Exam irregularities
The Kerala High Court rebuked the state's Public Service Commission for failing to assist a probe into alleged irregularities in the Planning Board exam used to select the Chief of the Industry and Infrastructure Division. Justice A. Badharudeen said the investigation suggested a broader conspiracy behind the evaluation process. The court urged full cooperation from the PSC.
