Messi visit row: Keralam police chief vets SIT report on alleged irregularities; ex-Sports Minister V. Abdurahiman under scanner
Kerala’s police chief is reviewing a Special Investigation Team report that examined alleged irregularities surrounding a planned visit by football star Lionel Messi. The report says former sports minister V. Abdurahiman violated procedures and recommends filing a case against him under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Chief C. K. Radhakrishnan said the findings will be examined before any decision is taken.
