Madras High Court dismisses as withdrawn a case against building new Secretariat at Pattinapakkam
The Madras High Court has thrown out a petition challenging the construction of a new Secretariat in Pattinapakkam after the petitioner’s lawyer withdrew the filing. The bench, led by Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan, remarked that the suit appeared to be filed casually, primarily for publicity, and lacked substantive research.
