Magic Switch: Share Apple Magic keyboard/track-pad/mouse between two Macs
Apple has introduced a feature that lets users share a single Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad, or Magic Mouse between two Macs. By pairing the devices, the keyboard and pointing devices can switch automatically when the user moves the cursor or types on the other Mac, simplifying multi‑computer setups without extra hardware. This capability is available on macOS Ventura and later, and it requires Bluetooth 5.0.
