South Coast Railway completes 100 days; ₹54,479 crore of projects under way
The South Coast Railway marked its first 100 days of operation, reporting that projects worth roughly ₹54,479 crore are currently in progress. The newly formed zone has obtained approval for remodeling the Visakhapatnam yard and for quadrupling the Guntakal‑Ballari line. It has also equipped about 100 locomotives with the Kavach safety system and inaugurated three Amrit Bharat stations.
