CBI files charge sheet against RCom, others in ₹3,750 crore LIC fraud case
India’s Central Bureau of Investigation has submitted a charge sheet in a Rs 3,750 crore fraud involving the Life Insurance Corporation. The filing names Reliance Communications and three other entities, accusing four individuals of criminal conspiracy, cheating, and breach of trust under the former Indian Penal Code, as well as violations of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
