After full implementation of BNS, cases from FIR to Supreme Court will be disposed of in 3 years: Shah
Home Minister Amit Shah said that once the BNS system is fully operational, criminal cases will move from the first information report stage to the Supreme Court and be resolved within three years. He acknowledged that India’s justice system previously suffered chronic delays, but claimed recent reforms have markedly accelerated case disposal rates across the nation.
