IRCTC hotel scam: Delhi court defers formal framing of charges against Lalu Yadav, eight others
Delhi’s trial court postponed the formal framing of charges in the IRCTC hotel fraud case involving former MP Lalu Yadav and eight co‑accused. Earlier, a lower court on September 10 had cleared seven of the 16 persons named by the Enforcement Directorate and directed that charges be framed against the remaining nine. The case remains pending.
