Congress president Kharge calls all elections illegal; demands dissolution of Lok Sabha, State Assemblies
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and all state chief ministers are holding office illegally, and called for dissolution of the Lok Sabha and state assemblies, urging fresh elections by ballot. He argued the governments lack constitutional legitimacy and any future new vote must use ballot procedures.
