OKI Develops 124-Layer PCB Technology
Japanese electronics manufacturer OKI announced a new printed circuit board that stacks 124 conductive layers, a record for commercial products. The high‑density design aims to support demanding applications such as artificial‑intelligence accelerators and data‑center hardware by reducing size and improving signal integrity. OKI says the technology can be integrated into existing manufacturing lines without major retooling.
