Undulations on S.A. Road: expert calls for strengthening subsoil between metro pillars
NIT‑Calicut engineers inspected a section of Kochi’s S.A. Road near the Manorama Junction‑Kadavanthra stretch where the surface has sunk around metro pillars. Their assessment identified weak subsoil as the cause and they recommend reinforcing the ground between the pillars and suggest monitoring to prevent further damage. The experts will deliver a detailed report to the Kochi Corporation before month‑end.
