Heavy police deployment, barricades restrict entry to Jantar Mantar; several protesters detained
Delhi police, CAPF and RAF deployed hundreds of officers and erected barricades on Parliament Street, blocking access to Jantar Mantar from Sansad Marg and Kerala House. The move followed prohibitory orders ahead of a planned protest. Several protesters were detained during the operation.
