Bengaluru-Mumbai Vande Bharat Sleeper service likely to start this month, to operate six days a week
A new Vande Bharat sleeper train between Bengaluru and Mumbai is expected to launch this month, running six days a week. The service, numbered 27652 from Bengaluru to CSMT and 27651 on the return, received approval after a Railway Board meeting on February 16 2026, according to a communication accessed by The Hindu and will provide faster connectivity.
