Mumbai-based firm targets six-month window for Kochi Chander Kunj towers demolition, debris clearance
Mumbai‑based Edifice Engineering, together with South Africa’s Jet Demolition, completed a two‑day inspection of towers B and C in June and plans to begin demolition and debris removal within the next six months. The firms previously managed the demolition of the Maradu apartment complexes, indicating experience with large residential tower projects in Kerala for the city.
