Almost half of Fayed abuse accusers are potential trafficking victims, MPs told

British MPs were briefed that nearly half of the women alleging abuse by former property magnate Mohamed Al‑Fayed may be victims of human trafficking. The Met Police identified about 70 statements with indicators typical of trafficking, raising the possibility that the total number of related cases could increase as investigations continue. MPs were told the figures could rise further as more victims come forward.
