Wayanad coffee sector to get renewed push, says Minister Siddique
The Kerala agriculture minister announced a new initiative to support the Wayanad coffee growers. A special mission will be launched to deliver relief and implement existing schemes with assistance from the Coffee Board. The plan aims to boost production, improve farmer incomes, and strengthen the region’s coffee industry. It will also focus on modernizing processing units, ensuring fair prices, and expanding market access for smallholders.
