
Everyone has equal right to access justice: SC refuses to entertain judicial officer's plea
The Supreme Court officially declined a judicial officer’s request for the High Court to give his petition priority, saying it would disadvantage other litigants awaiting decisions. The bench stressed that all parties are entitled to equal access to justice and that granting preferential treatment would be unjust. The court therefore will not entertain the plea.
