Kerala HC directs State to decide on appointment of expert panel to probe alleged irregularities in digital re-survey
The Kerala High Court has ordered the state government to finalize the formation of an expert committee to investigate claims of misconduct in the digital re‑survey process. The court’s direction follows a petition filed by Congress politician Shaji J. Kodankandath, who contended that irregularities in the tendering of digital‑survey equipment resulted in a loss of roughly ₹150 crore to the public treasury.
