Kerala High Court directs State govt. to expedite disposal of pending cases against MPs and MLAs based on District Judiciary recommendations

The court’s registrar proposed steps such as fast‑tracking summons and warrants and assigning police personnel to support judicial proceedings, aiming to clear the backlog more quickly.
