State to become first customer for 100 start-ups under ‘Government First’ initiative
India’s government will serve as the initial customer for 100 startups under the ‘Government First’ program. The initiative, managed by the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society (KITS), aims to give early market access to new companies. By purchasing their products or services, the state will help startups gain traction and validate their offerings in 2024.
